Men’s Physique Bodybuilder Sadik Hadzovic is focusing on putting on some weight during his lean bulking period.
Men’s Physique pro bodybuilder, Sadik Hadzovic continues to share updates with fans and this time, it came in the form of a full day of eating. Hadzovic, the Men’s Physique competitor is in the midst of what he calls a lean bulk phase and unveiled that he takes in around 4,000 calories per day.
In 2019, Hadzovic competed in the Arnold Sports Festival and decided to take some time off after a sixth-place finish. Two and a half years later, Hadzovic began sharing physique updates and preparing fans for his return. This came during the 2022 Pittsburgh Pro, where he secured first place in the Men’s Physique division.

Hadzovic also finished third at the 2022 New York Pro and was looking ready to make a statement at the Mr. Olympia but was forced to withdraw from the event. Now, he continues to sculpt his physique back to championship shape.
Hadzovic has been active in the gym and in following a strict diet plan as well.
Sadik Hadzovic’s Full Day Of Eating
Sadik Hadzovic is focusing on putting on weight while remaining lean during this diet that consists of 4,000 calories. It is spread out across seven meals over the course of the day.
Meal 1
The first meal of the day was pre-workout. This is where Hadzovic makes sure to add carbs and protein to get the best results in the gym.
- 1.5 scoops protein powder
- 60 gram cream of rice
- 4 ounces apple sauce
Meal 2
Following his workout, Hadzovic makes a shake that includes protein and creatine, which the bodybuilder has taken for many years.
- 1.5 scoops protein powder
- 5 grams creatine
“It’s not uncommon for me to take creatine. I’ve taken it, whether I’m on anabolics or not.”
Meal 3
Sadik Hadzovic continues with a meal that includes eggs and more oatmeal. He includes Stevia, which is a healthy alternative to Splenda or sugar. Other alternatives includes cinnamon or vanilla extract.
- 1 whole egg
- 8 ounces liquid egg whites
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2/3 cup oatmeal
- Stevia
“I don’t use Splenda or sugar, which is actually pretty good. If you’re a competitor, Stevia is the way to go.”

Meal 4
After a small iced coffee from Dunkin as a snack, Hadzovic hits hibachi for meal four. Hadzovic usually turns to burgers or pizza for cheat meals.
- Chicken hibachi
- White rice
- Salmon sashimi
- Salad
“Find yourself a restaurant where you can eat clean. What I do is one scheduled cheat meal per week. Three to four days later, I’ll do one scheduled clean refeed.”
Meal 5
The fifth meal covered Hadzovic’s necessary intake of red meat. He believes this i necessary once a day to get the nutrients from the meat, including creatine to add fullness.

Meal 6
- Chicken breast
- White rice
- Peppers
Meal 7
The final meal of the day was similar to one earlier in the day but without oatmeal. Instead, Hadzovic adds almond butter and now cooks hi eggs. Early in his career, Hadzovic would drink the liquid eggs rather than throwing them on the stove.

- 2 tablespoon almond butter
