Sadik Hadzovic’s Full Day Of Eating

Sadik Hadzovic is focusing on putting on weight while remaining lean during this diet that consists of 4,000 calories. It is spread out across seven meals over the course of the day.

Meal 1

The first meal of the day was pre-workout. This is where Hadzovic makes sure to add carbs and protein to get the best results in the gym.

  • 1.5 scoops protein powder
  • 60 gram cream of rice
  • 4 ounces apple sauce

Meal 2

Following his workout, Hadzovic makes a shake that includes protein and creatine, which the bodybuilder has taken for many years.

  • 1.5 scoops protein powder
  • 5 grams creatine

“It’s not uncommon for me to take creatine. I’ve taken it, whether I’m on anabolics or not.”

Meal 3

Sadik Hadzovic continues with a meal that includes eggs and more oatmeal. He includes Stevia, which is a healthy alternative to Splenda or sugar. Other alternatives includes cinnamon or vanilla extract.

  • 1 whole egg
  • 8 ounces liquid egg whites
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ⅔ cup oatmeal
  • Stevia

“I don’t use Splenda or sugar, which is actually pretty good. If you’re a competitor, Stevia is the way to go.”

Meal 4

After a small iced coffee from Dunkin as a snack, Hadzovic hits hibachi for meal four. Hadzovic usually turns to burgers or pizza for cheat meals.

  • Chicken hibachi
  • White rice
  • Salmon sashimi
  • Salad

“Find yourself a restaurant where you can eat clean. What I do is one scheduled cheat meal per week. Three to four days later, I’ll do one scheduled clean refeed.”

Meal 5

The fifth meal covered Hadzovic’s necessary intake of red meat. He believes this i necessary once a day to get the nutrients from the meat, including creatine to add fullness.

  • Ground beef
  • Red potatoes
  • Sweet chili sauce

Meal 6

  • Chicken breast
  • White rice
  • Peppers

Meal 7

The final meal of the day was similar to one earlier in the day but without oatmeal. Instead, Hadzovic adds almond butter and now cooks hi eggs. Early in his career, Hadzovic would drink the liquid eggs rather than throwing them on the stove.

  • 8 ounces liquid egg white
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter

How Can You Hit Your Macros More Efficiently?

When it comes to bodybuilding, eating is often regarded as one of the hardest parts. Though Sadik makes it look easy, many people struggle to scarf down their meals, and therefore have a harder time making gains.

That being said, supplementation is huge when it comes to your macros, and a quality beef protein is a great way to hit your macros.

A Great Supplement to Hit Your Caloric Intake and increase digestion is Feast Mode.

“FEAST LIKE A BEAST” is the slogan for FEAST MODE, and rightfully so. You will undoubtedly be eating like a pro and optimizing your digestion when you are on FEAST MODE. Perhaps the most critical component of any mass-building or weight gaining program is to ensure that you are consuming large quantities of calories, making sure to get in the proper amount of protein, fats, and carbohydrates. Without doing this, you will have trouble if you are looking to increase muscle growth and body weight.

Sadik Hadzovic Wrap Up

Overall, Sadik Hadzovic is someone who really has taken his physique to the next level, and his diet matches it. That being said, what do you think of his bulking diet?
