Sadik Hadzovic Shares Chest Workout & Grocery Hacks During Bulk

Sadik Hadzovic shared some tips to fans about how to add more size during a bulk.

Sadik Hadzovic is at it again with a major offseason bulk. During a recent video, he showed fans a chest workout to build thickness and his grocery haul, along with some tips of the trade.

In 2019, Hadzovic competed in the Arnold Sports Festival and decided to take some time off after a sixth-place finish. Two and a half years later, Hadzovic began sharing physique updates and preparing fans for his return. This came during the 2022 Pittsburgh Pro, where he secured first place in the Men’s Physique division.

Hadzovic also finished third at the New York Pro and was looking ready to make a statement at the Mr. Olympia but was forced to withdraw from the event.

Recently, Sadik Hadzovic shared a video that many found quite interesting and controversial. The video that he posted on his Instagram contained him drinking breast milk in the morning to get him going. This, along with many others, seems to be one of the ways Hadzovic gets himself ready.

Sadik Hadzovic’s Bulking Grocery Hacks

Hadzovic went to the grocery store following this workout to pick up some items he eats during a bulk. During his trip, he discussed some tips while picking up four items specifically:

  • Muffins
  • Egg Whites
  • Gatorade
  • Sweet Red Peppers

Hadzovic began by discussing two items that he eats for breakfast and before workouts.

“I’m a big muffin fan. 2016 when I went to Classic Physique, I had to gain 25 pounds in a year so I would actually eat two muffins a day, preworkout. Whey protein and two muffins before a workout, each about 50 grams of carbohydrates each.”

“Eggs, very inexpensive. High protein, low fat, low carb. I eat 10 egg white in the morning and 10 at night before bed.”

Hadzovic continued into the drink aisle where he picked up some Gatorade. He uses this for both himself and his clients to add some extra calories. He also grabs sweet red peppers that he uses to add an extra element to his meals.

“Low-hanging fruit when it comes to calories and bulking. Post workout, one original Gatorade. Not the sugar free, we want the sugars because we want the carbs.”

Hadzovic focused on building thickness in the chest during this workout. That is the ultimate goal of his bulk and he put together a workout consisting of five exercises:

The workout consisted of five exercises and Hadzovic made sure to hit shoulders for the best overall look.

“Lateral raises are the king of shoulder exercises regarding aesthetics and Men’s Physique.”

Sadik Hadzovic continues to train hard and tailor his physique to his current goals. Fans are excited to see him take the stage in the future.
