Tristyn Lee is a bodybuilder and internet sensation known for his incredible muscle development. He developed his passion for bodybuilding and fitness at fifteen and regularly uploaded pictures of his physique on social media. However, it wasn’t all about training with this star. Lee also loved practicing poses and stuck to an intense, strict diet.

Bodybuilding wasn’t his only passion. Since he was five, Tristyn Lee has played soccer. He has always dreamed of harnessing his skills and going professional. He even flew to Europe several times to train with professionals and meet different coaches.

The turning point for Tristyn Lee was in 2015 when he opened his Instagram account to post pictures and videos of himself playing soccer. Gradually, his content pivoted to bodybuilding, fitness, training, and diet as people noticed his incredible physique. The star currently has over 2.4 million followers on Instagram, growing daily.

A few years ago, Tristyn Lee quit soccer. He admitted playing the sports was fun, but hitting the weights was what he enjoyed more. 

“The truth is that over the years, although competing with others was fun, the real enjoyment for me came from the hours of work I would put in behind the scenes with no one watching,” said Lee. “There truly is nothing that encompasses this, like being in the weight room at 4 a.m. alone banging weights until you just can’t anymore.”

Tristyn has elevated his bodybuilding career to a higher level and trains with professional bodybuilders, lifters, and fitness gurus such as Jay Cutler, Derek Lunsford, Larry Wheels, Bradley Martin, Simeon Panda, Jared Feather, Eric Janicki, and many more.

Tristyn Lee is 22 and weighs about 175 lbs (80 kg). He stands at five feet five inches (165 cm) and packs on massive muscle with low body fat levels. He massively increased his weight in a ten-month bulk from 138 lbs to his current weight, 175 lbs. The star says he plans to reach 200 lbs for his subsequent bulk. So, how does he plan to do this? According to him, this progression is the key to minimizing injury risks and is effective for muscle growth and strength.

At the start of his bodybuilding, Tristyn Lee was doing a low-carb diet influenced by his mom, who used it for weight loss. Then he tried a carnivore diet and is famous for his 17,000-calorie “Carnivore Big Mac” recipe. However, after plateauing, he and his coach, Jared Feather, decided to reintroduce carbohydrates into his diet. Now, Tristyn Lee eats a high-carb diet mainly consisting of rice because of its fast digestion. Here is a food day meal plan from the young internet sensation.

Meal One (Pre-Workout)

  • 85 g of Cluster Dextrin
  • 20 g of Whey Protein
  • Half a Teaspoon of Salt

Meal Two (Breakfast)

  • 150 g of Rice
  • 20 g of Whey Protein
  • Half a Teaspoon of Salt
  • One Banana

Meal Three (Lunch)

  • 155 g of Jasmine Rice
  • 40 g of Dates
  • 3 oz of Beef Biltong
  • One-Quarter Teaspoon of Salt

Is Tristyn Lee Natural?

There are many rumors on whether Tristyn Lee is natural or not online. In a 2023 podcast with Flex Lewis, the young fitness sensation credited his physique to genetics and defended his lifetime natty status. However, as of 7 months ago, IFBB Pro Greg Doucette believes the star is no longer natty. He cites Lee’s ability to go on bulk at 15,000 calories and turn all that into muscle as unnatural. However, Lee has yet to make any new comments on the allegations.

Personal Life

Tristyn Lee has a supportive family and initially wanted to play ice hockey before switching to soccer and bodybuilding. According to his social media, his life is now mainly about bodybuilding. However, the star has been known to skate and still plays soccer occasionally.
