Education
During high school, Cavaliere discovered lifting weights was the only way to achieve a really good physique and improve his performance in soccer and baseball. He trained hard to build lean muscle and became good enough to play sports at the highest levels.

Cavaliere went to the University of Connecticut, where he became a fan of the New York Mets and studied physioneurobiology. He also has a Masters in Physical Therapy. “I grew up an avid Mets fan.
